Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"目的:50歳代の看護職者の定年退職後に想定する仕事の位置づけと仕事に重みをおく関連要因を明らかにする。\n方法:山形県内の48病院に勤務する50歳代の看護職者全員(842人)を対象に、質問紙調査を行った。定年退職後に想定する仕事の位置づけと仕事に重みをおく関連要因を多重ロジスティック回帰分析にて検討した。\n結果:回答数は584人(回収率71.7%)、有効回答数は451人(有効回答率77.2%)であった。仕事の位置づけの平均値は、現在5.46(±1.46)点、定年後2.98(±1.54)点であった。定年退職後に仕事の位置づけが中央値以上である者(仕事に重みをおく群)は297人(65.9%)であった。仕事に重みをおく関連要因は、8項目であった。\n結論:50歳代看護職者は定年退職後、現在よりも仕事を半分に減らす想定をしていた。定年退職を解放と捉えていないことや、専門性を重視していることを踏まえた支援が必要であることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"2804","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"シングウ,
